Terms of service

These Service Terms (the “Terms”) set out the rules governing your access to and use of the Website Lucrant AI and the AI-supported trading platform, together referred to as the “Service”, provided by Lucrant AI Ltd. (“Lucrant AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or over to access the Service. By using it, you state that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Do not use the Service where applicable law prohibits your access.

2. Opening an account

Full functionality requires an account containing complete, correct and current information. Keep your login details secure and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. If you believe access has been compromised, contact us without delay at [email protected] if you believe someone else has entered the account without authorisation.

We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or are linked to fraud or abusive conduct.

3. Availability and Service restrictions

Lucrant AI offers AI-supported market research, trading signals and, where supported, automated order submission through linked broker accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analysis only.

  • Lucrant AI does not hold, control or take custody of your funds. Your money remains in your brokerage or exchange account.
  • We connect with your broker through API keys configured for viewing information and carrying out actions only. These credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
  • A strategy’s or signal’s previous performance should not be relied upon as a dependable guide to future performance.
  • Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of the capital you commit.

4. No investment advice

Content provided through the platform Lucrant AI is not financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated material and research are provided as general information. You may wish to speak with an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Lucrant AI is not registered or authorised to offer investment advice, brokerage services or financial planning.

5. Fees and payment

Certain Service functions are offered only through a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Any applicable taxes are excluded and are your responsibility. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable legal requirement.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or attempt to access its source code.
  • Use automated software to scrape, crawl or collect data from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense or use any part of the Service commercially without our advance written permission.
  • Disrupt the Service or compromise its security, performance, integrity or related systems.
  • Take part in market manipulation, front-running or other conduct that conflicts with financial regulation.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, algorithms, trade marks and confidential expertise made available with or through the Service remain the exclusive property of Lucrant AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or provide any further rights in that material. Written permission is required before you use our trade marks or logos.

8. Exclusions of warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Lucrant AI WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS, OR BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Lucrant AI WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN WHERE WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Lucrant AI DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED THE CLAIM.

10. Your indemnity responsibilities

You agree to indemnify, defend and keep harmless Lucrant AI and its directors, officers, staff and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Ending these Terms

You may close your account through settings or by sending an email to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access immediately following a breach. When access ends, your permission to use the Service also ends, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and resolving disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes should initially be referred to binding arbitration in London under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ rules. Consumers in the EU or UK may also bring proceedings before courts available in their country or place of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will normally provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or via a Platform announcement. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
